The overriding impact of our Creative Thinking Workshop is one of team-building and fun but with a genuine management Leadership & Development aspect.

Delegates are set a series of challenges, ranging from Lateral Thinking Puzzles and Stories, an intriguing and unusual Wooden Puzzle with a very simple but satisfying solution, to a building challenge using simple props to float a raw egg from the ceiling to the floor. The session lasts between 45 minutes and one and a half hours.

We also provide a half-day version in which teams are given a genuine business problem to solve, relating to your business. Teams are asked to present a creative solution to this relevant business issue. This gives them the opportunity to develop and practice skills in Creativity, Communication and Presenting.
